If you wish to return an item, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and with our tags still intact.
Any item(s) marked as final sale or that are discounted are not eligible to be returned. Items including face masks, body care items (lotion, soap, oil, etc.) are not eligible to be returned unless they are individually packaged and the package is unopened. Items such as jewelry are also not eligible for return.
Our Return Process
- Deliver or ship your item(s) to our store within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Our team will evaluate your item(s) and notify you when your purchase has been refunded/exchanged. Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed.
- If you have requested an exchange, we will also provide you with a tracking number of your shipment that contains your exchange item.
